Pleats do exactly that to fabric. A single colour becomes a pattern of highlight and shadow that changes every time you move.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Three pleats, three moods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Knife pleats: crisp and graphic, perfect for a midi skirt worn to work<\/li>\n\n<li>Sunray pleats: they fan out from the waist and swing beautifully when you walk<\/li>\n\n<li>Micro pleats: almost liquid, best in satin dresses for evening<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The trick is balance.
